New LED Headlights for 89-91 models

Confirmed with seller, those are 4x6 in stock bezels, with LED bulbs. He says he didnt have to trim the bezels, as able to get them to fit. Does make the markers/turn signals look little on small side/disproportional, but overall not bad, and lots more options in 4x6

I tried H3 in the stock housing. The base is close enough it would fit with minor grinding, but the bulb is just too short. It creates a dark spot right in the center.



I'm going to try an H1. The base will need modification, but the light source should be at the right depth. I pinged the eBay seller doing this for some shots of the beam pattern.

I also noticed with parts I have on hand that some sealed beams have the H3-type base and some do not. I haven't dissected the latter yet because none are burned out, but it looks like a smaller hole, with just the 2 pins sticking out of some sealant.

If you look at the "H3" above, it appears that the light source is perpendicular to how it should be.
