New Tow rig. REDNECK STYLE!

Git ER' Done!!

I'd bone out the bus,and put something BIG in there to propel it!--I came close to taking an International bus that was at the junkyard I worked at that closed, but it was a bit too rusted to bother with in the cab and front section you'd keep.(it had a 345 motor, and was a dog, even with a 5 speed!).

I had dreams of a beavertail ramp body on the back, and my 500 Caddy and TH400 up front for power!..but I let them cut it up--I had too many other things to worry about, like my mom's health, and where I;m going to live later on,etc...I still would like to make something like that someday though..

A former neighbor of mine works at this guys shop and all they do is make toys for the guy. Yes the guy is way loaded. Their current project is converting an old school bus to a motor home. To help the thing get up mountains, they're building a 750 horse power plant.

Just a little thought for ya.;)

forget the cum-apart, imean cummins, put a 525hp detroit 60 series in there, or a 8v92. i know where to get a 16v92 but that might be a little overkill. oh yeah dont forget the straight pipes.:D

Actually I think I'm gona sell it. Too many projects and too little time or money to do it the way I want too. OH well.

A friend of mine had a bus for a tow rig he cut the back cab section of the back end off, (closed it back in of course) dove tailed the back and parked his rig on the back and used the front for sleeping quarters.

I've seen those before around here. I love 'em. Of course if that was mine, the first things I'd do would be to get rid of the automatic if it had it, and switch it over to a 5/2-speed setup for 10-speed shifting bliss while going down the highway.

Talk about riding on the short bus :p:

Although I don't like the purple, is flat black a good choice? With the heat and the sun, I hope you have a high dollar A/C system in the bus. That's alot of cubic feet of air to cool....
