Newbie questions and Intro

Does the sickness end up in divorce or separation very often? I just got the "visit" from the bedroom:

Hear the door open and footsteps coming down the hall

Woman standing in the doorway

"Do you know what time it is?!?!?!"

"One something"

"Going on two!" followed by footsteps back to the bedroom ending in the sound of a slamming door.

Whooops!!!!

Thank God I am not married! I still have stuff to read here and research to do! :haha:

LMAO OH yea you got the sickness brother! I know at least your old lady is in for the game. My problem is I have plenty of time but no money! Would love to do a whole lot of things to mine.

But mine is a DD (daily driver) so I have to squeeze as much mpg out of it I can. I had a parts truck once and regret selling it but I was getting the bug bad and had truggy on my mind! At least I was able to help a brother in a bind when I sold my 1989 to him.

This was mine when I first got her out of Bismark, ND

Yea that sounds close.

the lady folk will never understand! they don't realize that all our toiling, love, and commitment to our rigs are metaphors in our other daily relationships practices!

Holy crap man! After that you can rock a bumper sticker that says, "Built from SCRATCH, not Bought..." :D

It isn't THAT bad. The engine and drivetrain are in decent shape. I did better buying the 78 and owe a few people here for talking some sense into me. Wasatch, metro, mtchevy and others were most kind and helpful and have been getting me on the right path. There is so much info on CK5 that I am learning a ton about stuff I am not even dealing with yet. Needless to say, I'll be renewing my membership for quite some time. I am already dreaming about Blazer Bashes and stuff

If I new how to add the quote thing as a signature I would do this:

jonrpick on fixing my K5: "Holy crap man! After that you can rock a bumper sticker that says, "Built from SCRATCH, not Bought..."

too freaking funny :haha: Funny because it is true :doah::haha:

Go to User CP on the upper tool bar. Then on the left-hand side of the page, go down to where you see "Edit Signature".

Paste in the quoted text, and if you like keep it within the "quote" tags...
