lol.... notice all the duct tape on the side window.... that was from a nice fat branch that broke the glass.....
:haha: Same thing happened to mine, branch caught the fake vent strip on door two, wound-up for the pitch and smacked that window. Gave me a start. On Miller Heep Trail.
Justin, have you checked the rivets on cross members #1 & #2 (no bumpers=flex)?

thanks jess!!! are u talking about the rear overhang??? or the rear fender openings? It's cut in front of the rear tire...I would rub alot when flexed out If didn't cut there... I started cutting the rear overhand right before blazer fest but didn't finish it cause I ran out of time... hopefully sometime soon I'll cut the rest off.. I'll snap some pics tomorrow...

brent, I broke that window on the miller trail a couple summers ago... lol... it started craking more and more... so I threw that duct tape on there and so far it hasn't cracked anymore atleast I don't think it has lol.... the rivit's are tight from what I could tell.... I still need to chop up that front bumper u gave me....

At least the window didn't explode accross the truck like mine did. I blew a bead on the right front on a rocky dune in El Paso and had to bak down it sliding towards a row of trees the whole time, until one decided it wanted to come in and see my interior. Scared the crap out of my buddy who was in the pass seat.

gaberials... the brake lines are the pro comp lines.. there for a 6" lift I think.... there just long enough for the longer shocks...haven't had a problem with them yet...

Even though I pulled the Burb into the garage for the weekend, I ain't gettin much done; but then I can't get motivated putting SMOG chit back on.:doah:

ha, smog check time????

me and my dad fixed my friends van this moring... the steering box fell of the frame yesterday :eek1: luckly he was at parking lot when it happened... he had triple A tow the van to my house... there was only 2 bolts holding the damm thing toghter... and no top bolts hold the thing down to the frame and the grade 8's completly snaped off in the steering box :eek1: so we welded the frame back toghter and put some new bolts in and new bolts on the top of the box.... we did it in 3 hours..... anyways heres some pic...

sexy sexy sexy...im fixin to cut my fenders and do a black bedliner on the lower portions of the doors and all that. should be pretty sick

sweet, I did not know u clocked your case... is it all the way up? how much did u have to pound the floor boards to for the case to clear? I really need to do mine soon will I'm still off of work...

I had to beat the floor up pretty good. Used a MAP torch to soften the metal and help when the metal creased. I actually like this one better. I Would like to adda 9K winch to the rear or maybe throw the 9 in front and put my 12K in the back.

Oh, and the case is clocked all the way up. I am having issues getting the thing to not leak though. Guess I'll have to pull it out again and RTV the sh!t out of it on both sides. The factory CV even with grinding only works if I don't droop at all, that is why I was intrigued when you mentioned using a 1410 without CV in the front. More commonality of parts so less spares to carry, also.
