How much tube should I get for my cage start, and bumpers?
well i would say 130 or so. But i wouldnt spring for a cage if your just gonna have to scrap it when you build a buggy

Having a bending party just doesn't work. Unless you do it for 4 straight weekends. For a full cage I would say you need two days to be done. For example when we had the build and greet at Zimms eric was on the bender and it took most of the day to bend the two rear bars. You will spend more time coping tube then anything. Many trips back and forth fitting etc. Its not a quick and dirty process.
