Now I need to grind some on the 35-spline stubs so I can use the 8" stroke all the way.
Anyone else did this,any suggestions or how to do it

any pics of your orbital and mount? On my buddies 89 sub we put full hydro on it and it steered all the way to the stops on each side. Hes running yukon 35 spilines with CTMS, its also an 8" ram

I have yukon stubs too but stock inners and joints maybe that is the difference.
Did he try to spin his wheels at full turn and no troubles

I hope you aren't warping the bore of the cylinder when you weld on it.

so with 35spline outers you get a little better turning radius?

I get better turning radius with full hydro 8" stroke than 6" lifted chevy stock steering

The welding was done before the cylinder was put together
But thanks anyway
The cylinder was fabbed by a friend of mine and he welded the mounting plate on it.

My truck will see very little street though

What do you want to know.
80 cubic centimeters /turn ,rather small.
3,14 turns lock to lock
