ORD Crossover Swaybar

It has quick disconnects built in.

The text indicated it was optional to have disconnects, but there was only one option (with disconnects) in the pull down. Either way, I'd still be interested in what it does when hooked up. I don't do super intense rock crawling, so I might just want to leave it hooked up most of the time.

I am very interested in this! I have been on a quest moving from trailer-queen to better drivability (pulling an excursion trailer behind the truck).

I do not have the truck with me at the moment - does the D60 spring plates have the mount holes like the diff in the pictures?

They show a factory spring plate in the pic. Mine are in questionable shape though, I wonder if ORD has an option with the mounts in it.

Their website shows a D60 plate with the swaybar mount. Didn't see a D44 one. I'd assume they could make one easy enough

FWIW, this product hit FB and IG yesterday, I was kind of surprised they didn’t post it here.

I asked a few questions and here are the answers -

• It will work with crossover and / or high steer.
• It will work with the axle moved forward (I specifically asked about 3” forward).
• It uses the stock sway bar mounts at the frame (not sure about the bushings).
• Kit price is $450.

just the driver side spring pad looks to flip as the pass side is already pointing out to the tire .

glad to see a option for us taller trucks now .

Does it just stiffen up the front?
I wondered how it hooked up and realized my driver leaf spring mount is on backwards. So it screws into the threads on that leaf doing plate?

Is that how it connects on the passenger side as well?

Along with pictures it would be really helpful if they uploaded videos of their parts being installed and what it does and he benefits of the product(s)

stock gm sway bar is threads in on driver side and out on pass side . NOTE : my pic on my dana 60 front driver side spring pad / swaybar mount .and pass side is out .

this kit looks to flip in out on driver side to help get the bar away from the steering arm on crossover .

Ok so mine is correct.

Does the sway bar just hang? I don’t see in the kit the circled items on the picture I’m posting?

What are those black bracket things in the ORD pictures?

it bolts up just like a stock bar would be minus the driver side u-bolt plate flipped around .

the 2 brackets are to hold the bar up to the frame when NOT hooked to the axle . used when off roading and flexing the truck out .

thiese pics from there site shows bracket on top of bump stop pad mount and has a pin to hold the end link to it .

I didn’t even notice that bracket on the bump stomp.

I still don’t see the brackets or whatever that hold the bar in the front, like I circled

@sweetk30

FACTORY mounting just like the original bar would be .

its a half clamp that pinches the full poly bushing on the bar to the frame crossmember mount point and this holds it all in like factory .

2wd pic but same concept of attachment. 2wd uses brackets on the frame rails . 4wd just goes to the crossmember its self .

I think what the question is....
“Does the kit come with frame mounts?”

Looking at the kit and it’s contents on the ORD’s website I would say no, the kit does not come with them. Either you still have your stock ones or need to purchase some from a parts catalog.
