Other SAS options, besides ORU?

Now I understand what yer saying. I think my frame does the same, but its such a small amount it's not really worth worrying about. Inless your frame is cut off, the 1 ton frame is different. But you can correct the difference with the 1 peice crossmember. I'm gonna do the same thing..

The reason it bothers me is because i can see the main leaf against the second leaf, it touches on one side, on the other side it is up 1/16" not alot but every leaf is like that, it adds up. itll put unneeded stress on the leaves and bushings. id just rather do it right...

my frame is tweaked where the tow hook bolts to on the passenger side, maybe yours was pulled out by one of the hooks at one point like mine.

i doubght it, its 2wd and had no hooks
