You own a blazer because it is a way of life! It is not a new plastic truck that pretends to be four wheel drive, and most bro's don't drive them because they are not new enough or "cool" enough. It takes a certain person and personality to drive a blazer, and you don't drive a blazer, you merely guide it and it will get you there.

Quoted for the truth. Got mine in 1989 when I was 19, and it will never be sold. I basically bought mine for the same reasons, but I also bought it for the simplicity of it. For a young guy you can not get any simpler than a carbed 350 and solid axles with leaf springs.In 1986, it was the room over a reg cab, removable top and just looked badass lifted. I was a kid then (20 yrs old), now it just cool to still own it.
Don't ever have to say I wish I had never sold that K5 I had when I was kid.![]()
