Oh, I think I'm pretty much good to go. I'll do an oil and filter change, and I have to take the rear diff cover off and reseal it (it's got a slow drip after the locker install, grrrrrrr).
Other than that, I think it's good. The local club I'm in is having a night run tonight, it will give me a good chance to test my locker both on a fairly long freeway drive, and off road. Apparently this trail got pretty rutted out from the last thundershowers, so it will be fun.
I also have to figure out how to mount my 3 gopros, where I can reach all 3 from the cab to turn them on and off, and have them all plug into my 3 to 1 cigarette lighter adapter. I figure one out the windshield like normal, one off the driver's side rear view mirror pointing forward so you can actually see the terrain I'm driving over (the hood blocks anything close from inside). The one pointing backward with take some experimentation.

When I took the cover off, it looked like this. Means there was water in it, right? Nothing was rusted though, ring gear looked real good, no chips or anything.
Yeah, kinda scared me at first.

I'm really digging my fans now! I left the trans cooler running all night on the trail and when we aired up I switched it back to auto. The engine fans kicked ass! Now that I've got the fans wired to two different temp settings it runs 15* cooler than it ever did. It used to kick both on at 210* and it would stay between 200-210* most of the time. Now it kicks the small fan on at 202* and the big fan on at 210* and last night I saw it hit 210 twice when we were barely moving (old jeepers really take their time.) and it quickly dropped back down to 190-195 once that big fan came to life. Being a night run I only got two or three photos. I did have my GoPro running, I'll see if any decent footage came out of that.

@muddysub, how much rear visibility do you lose due to the spare tire blocking your view? Seems like most of the swing out tires wind up on the passenger side, but I'm thinking of doing driver side due to the barn door configuration.
Methinks that the windows are tinted dark enough that I'd hardly notice the loss, but there's nothing like real-world observations from folks who have already done what I'm thinking of copying.
