My wife shot the bear near a moose kill.

Haven't bought much meat for years, all of my kids have grown up eating moose and caribou.

Here's a couple of hunting pics from some hunting trips. This grizz was shot closer than 5', the shooter didn't have time to get his rifle to his shoulder and the bear measured a little over 8 foot.
