Here are a few pics of my install today putting my dana 60 into my 91 burb. They are not real good...camera phone pics. I am waiting on new front brake lines for a 1 ton that will be here in the morning so that I can finish it up and get rolling on the rear. I have 2" superlift springs and a 2" drop pitman arm. I am putting an 8" kit on it in a couple of weeks as I am waiting on parts. I didnt want to not be able to drive the burb and It was killing me to have brand new axles sitting in the floor of the shop and not under the truck!:D I had some dually wheels laying up against the wall in the shop and they worked pefectly to roll the front axle up under the truck by myself. The just cleared the bumper. I got my power lok that I bought from SweetK30 (Thanks Dude!) I will be putting it in over the next few days.

sheesh, that floor is nicer than ANY in my house... :eek1:

is that a NOS 60?

I've been up for too many hours and I'm delirious so this is probably a silly question....What's with the painted rotors?

Ok, I got the plasma out now cutting off the brackets on the rear. Looks like the factory pinion angle is about 9 degrees up. My shop floor has commercial epoxy on it. I got enough light in it....you need tanning lotion to work in it. :D

One with the cool paint is my 37' Outerlimits with a pair 1250hp 565ci quadrotor whipple motors and #6 drives. The other one with the yellow and purple is my old boat (that I cant make myself sell) 38' Stryker Thunder with 598CI 1000HP single 3.3L Whipple motors. They are both very "healthy" if you know what I mean. :D

Ok, I just triple checked my center to center measurements on my spring pads in the back of the burb and came up with 42 3/8". Does that sound right?
