Make one. Ain't hard and made MANY in my hot rod days.
Drill, tap and screw it on. They are only resin balls. Most times you don't even need to tap it. Twist and force it on the handle. Handle will cut the threads.
Just keep in mind they are bigger than a regular shifter handle.
And if you screw it up, Hurst makes an insert.
Just don't steal one from the neighborhood bar.

Oh yeah, does the column shifter knob come off? Anything for those?
