Post pics of front bumpers YOU have made

Well, if instead of round tube, you think square, you'd end up with something like mine -- also 4x4High has a similar one, except with cleaner welds :haha:

More in my build thread or maybe a separate one in the Garage, PM me if you can't find it. There's also a matching rear, same rectangular tube, but straight all the way across, not bent in on the ends.

NorCal_Chris actually installed my front 'bumper'.

It's actually more of a frame-brace at this point.
It's .250 wall, 2x4.... Both ends extend 2" past the body mounts.
I cut 3" off the frame horns, and Chris welded the bumper and caps on.

I know it's not a "bumper", yet....
But, I figured it might give someone an idea, or two... :dunno:

2" for the main ladder and the winch support... 1.5 I believe on the hoop. the bumper was first, winch was after. Would have been a little different if I had it all together.

Did this last night. About 11pm and had a dirty thirty in I got the fabbin bug.... So I made the boy pull his jeep in lol.

1-1/2" Black pipe. Measures just under 2" OD
