Looking good! Digging those wheels too.

Thanks! Yes I do get exhaust fumes if I take the rear window off. Its great for clearance but bad for fumes. If I keep the rear window on, its not bad. May have to re-design the exhaust again.Topic derail: do you have issues with fumes getting sucked back into the cab?
My 8.1 swap is getting near the tune phase and I know it will run cleaner but I am getting significant fumes in cab. The reason I ask you is that your exhaust is similar to mine and you have the softtop.
And nice shoes![]()
Congrats on GMOTM!
The PJ's were an E rated tire in the size I had. These Nittos are not but I believe the 20's are. I have them at 35psi right now and they ride better and handle nicer than the PJs. I need to chalk them and get the pressure where the chalk wears evenly. Just haven't had the time with the other projects going on.Also - you can run less pressure in those tires compared to the PJs. Even broken in they are a stiffer sidewall.
Did they balance well?
Good info. I might try to start off at those pressure and see how they chalk.I'm running 35psi in the front and 30psi in the rear with my 40" Trail Grapplers in the crew cab. I think it rides nicer with them versus the 37" Terra Grapplers I had previously.
The first trail I did, I ran them down to 18 first and they seemed too full. So the next trail I aired them down to 15 and the sidewall was super bulged out. They broke in pretty quick for me. But I also have a 4 ton truck.
Thanks! So 30 up front, 35 in back?I run 30/35 as well on the 40” nittos and I’m well north of 7500 lbs loaded for the trail.
On the trail I’m at 10 in the rear and 12 up front.
Thanks! So 30 up front, 35 in back?
Are you guys chalking to determine air pressure?

I'm going to love airing these down and not having to worry like I did with the 16.5's.
17x9 -38 offsetWhat offset did you go with on your KMC beadlocks? I'm looking at the same set. Going to run them on 1 ton axles with 37s
