As far as "full beads" I meant tacking until it was a permanent panel.

i liked it before but knowing you did it wrong does make it worse. i mean i'm with you on this one. i can't stand to mess something up and try and cover it. rather just fix the damned thing right and no worries. looking good brother. you should move here and help me with mine . i just don't have the ambition to build my stepside yet. constantly working on my Blazer

well, just got out of the shop, got more wire for my welder yesterday, and today i got that opening welded back on permanently. thats about all the update i have for right now.
