C`mon guys, WTF are you doing?
X2 this is getting stupid. I like the black with chrome lugnuts look, but alot of people do that, so if ya wanna be different maybe try the hammertone grey

I think a lot of people do it b/c it looks great! Hmmm so is your blazer staying that charcol gray color?
If so I would just stick to all black for the wheels...

on my way to pick up a few things:D :D You`ll see where the hammertone comes into play:D

Ben I too like the black wheels/chrome lug nuts...the street crowd always says how come you didn't go chrome?
Anyhow, you guys bitchslap each other on your own thread and stop hi-jacking a build.:D

I've created a hammertone grey monster! Muhhaaawaaahaaaww!

Go with solid black on the wheels but NO DAMN CHROME LUG NUTS! Get the big 1" zinc (or whatever it is) coated ones from AZ. You have to go in the back and look through the lugnuts but they do have them and they are only like a buck each. I personally hate shiny chrome lugnuts but i'm weird like that.

Have you decided what color you are going with?
yep, but haven`t decided where I would use them....Hammertone gray/semi gloss black...

Sorry, that's what I meant. I'd stick with solid black. The two tone paint looks good on a two piece rim like a hummer wheel but looks kinda strange on a wagon wheel. That is what your running, right?

I want to get rid of the red/blue pinstripes, any ideas on the easiest way to do it would be appreciated..although I`m thinking of just getting them blasted, then repaint them semi gloss black......

Woa so whats goin on? no more 8-lug conversion?
nope:o :o

I did alot of thinking, and came to this conclusion: I don`t need to go bigger. Sure, it would be cool and everything, but with the amount of wheeling, and "level" of wheeling I do, I don`t need anything bigger. This is going to save me alot, which I can put towards other things on the truck..I know that "Bigger Is Better", but not always. My original plan was to just get new tires. But, as I got to seeking around here, I became convinced that I wanted to go BIGGER! But, in order to do that, you need $$$$$.

With that said, it is not because the money, but as stated before, I don`t need anything bigger. It will still be a very capable rig, while fullfilling my DD needs. As I`ve said before, this is still going to be my ultimate rig. Everyone has there different version, this is mine.;)

Very wise decision. You have the rest of your life to build the rig the way you want it. You can go nearly anywhere you want to with 33s if your locked front and rear. So, I take it your keeping the 10 bolt rear? Like no 9.5 SF 14 bolt just for a little bit of insurance?

Alright, that makes sense now. So you are going to sell the old 8-lug wheels?
