Got the wiring 95% done, I just snapped a few pics of the dash, switch panel and enclosure

Gauges

Dash, and I plan on filling that middle spot with a clock, compass and other gadgets, I can not put any gauges there because my ECM for the fuel injection is mounted to the back. I also plan to put a tach on the dash

the gauges look great, what size are they and did you mount them directly to the plastic gauge cluster?

For the gauges, I cut off and sanded down all the raised plastic on the back then I mounted a thin piece of metal to the back and cut the holes for the gauges. the gauge was just to small to fit on the factory plastic. the size is 2 1/16''

and yes it will be a trail only rig, I may put a speedo on it in the future, but I see no need for one at this time

Today I installed my front clip, Rad, electric fans and a white door that I had. then I suddenly had I great idea!!! at least I think. I was thinking of painting my truck as an old police truck theme rather than the yellow paint job that i was originally thinking. what do you guys think? here's some pics

ya i think police theme would be badass and you could have a custom star decal made that has a 4x4 club's name you belong to on it in place of the city or county name and whatnot

Yeah Thats a great Idea, and I MAY have access to a lightbar from an old police cruser, its still in the talking stages, but my fingers are crossed!

Thanks! the box is located in the cab on the back wall, I plan on having bucket seats in there

Lol, I painted all that stuff before I had the police theme Idea, I may just spray some black paint over top of all that stuff..... or leave it, im not sure at this point

Sorry no updates yet, I have just been spending my time sanding the truck and doing little odds and ends. I have put a freeze on spending until january, I would like to get out snowboarding a bunch this month as well as enjoy my xmas holidays, but you never know what I can find and put on, lol

I really dont know! lol I am still waiting for some answers, but I dont plan on driving this truck on the road.
