Proper cross-over steering modifications.

Yep, generally we use something with a 3/4" ID and drill it out to 53/64. Most of the time you can buy the drill bit and tap together as a matched set.
 
Indeed. That's why everything I have is RH. Adjusting them sucks, and you have to do it incrementally. No more fine tuning your alignment, but it gets plenty close enough for a wheeler with swampers.
 
The right hand tap is about 30 bucks so it's not too bad.
When I ordered my drag link from trevor at WFO I had him tap the left hand threads, and I'll do the right.
I just don't have the patience to be pulling tie rods off to adjust alignment.
