1/4" thick axle truss project, the Modern Gobbler nibbler will help buzz that out.

Building the cover from 1/4", bent with heat and ass..this 9 will have a drain plug!

I made the cover to clear the factory cover...time to cut and weld!

Looks nice, I'm assuming you are cutting out the old cover before you weld the new one on? Or is it just a bash guard?

It's the new cover, I just used the old cover to help mock-up the design.
