quality of GM dealer service

is there any resource to look at a particular dealership's service department and how good they are. i have neither the time nor the tools to fix my truck now. i want to use the best service facility in my area. i'm currently in new orleans, la. 70118. the closer the better because my fuel pump is caput and i have a flat to boot. thanks for your help.

Sorry man, this is, "Built not bought" territory, and "Send in a check" types are not welcome.

I'm sure a local CK5 member would give you a hand if you posted up the vehicle and what the problem was. If I were closer, I sure would.

It's been my experience that dealerships like to lay it on thick. If possible ask someone close to you for a good reference to a local shop. Someone on this site may live close by and make a recommendation.
