Question on catalytic converter

They have both EPA and CARB raitings.

All OBDII converters are EPA approved, not all are CARB approved. Vehicles in California use the OBDII CARB converters which you will find is much more expensive because they are a lot more efficient then the standard OBDII converter.
 
I don't know, but I got two catco's on my 90 IROC and it passes with ease, far below the avg emissions listed...
 
Didn't say it wouldn't pass, I'm referring to the construction. But it's mostly oppinion anyway.
 
You have this idea I am freaked out and all upset...I am cool, calm, and relaxed. I haven't jumped on your case at all.
