Eastbound and Down
@beags86 @Kain thanks for input. 1000% agree that performance out weighs flash, bling, etc. I just want it to work above all other things. i'll try to find out what cam is in the truck. will be doing some more comparisons on the different EFI options. i saw in one of the videos where the tank was needed to be dropped, drained, and tapped into with a return high pressure line? thats defiantly not ideal. I just installed the tank a month ago and don't want to take it off again lol. FiTech had some kind of pressure module that acted as a buffer between and allowed a return to run through the regular sending unit I believe. Is something similar available with the Holly system?
Honestly, imo the best way it to get the EFI, tank, pick up, and sending unit. I understand you just went through that, but replicating the factory setup will give you the best performance, the EFI tank has baffles to keep the fuel from sloshing around and keeps the fuel pump cool.
You don't get that by cutting into your existing tank.
