Build process of my K% known as Raggedy Ann
I’m ditching my Stage 8’s and doing the 14 bolt set up next time I have mine apart.

I can’t ever remember how the Stage 8’s come apart, I always struggle. When we had to fix @mrk5’s in Moab somehow his got messed up and was a pain in the ass to get apart. Kevin showed us the 14 bolt trick and we were sold. Literally we bought a set from him.

He breaks everything though, should that be the deciding factor?

Burnt some midnight oil. I had thought I gotten a before photo but I did not. I have removed everything besides fuel tank and the axle /leafs. Thought it was funny to see that some how I bent the receiver hitch. Fun fact that receiver hitch was the first thing I ever upgrade bought for the blazer when I was 17

Plasma cut out the cross member and that allowed easier access to the rivets that I knocked out with an air hammer
I'd have used the plasma to knock out the rivets lol.
That's the only way I take em out anymore.
Lay it sideways, shave the head off and they pop right out.
If your good with the plasma you won't even hurt the frame or cross member.

Mine easy because I just leave the ground off. Some shut off if the ground isn't on ive heard though.

I also use my plasma for those.
Easy peasy

I started this. I used to cut a slot in a river and air hammer them out. Then got lazy and discovered how easy it is to melt the rivet off and done
