im thinking about re-painting my burb in olive green or something else to change it up abit...i have seen some sweet looking rigs on here that were rattle-canned so i was wondering if everyone can post up some pics.

my rig is currently covered in POR and i would just go right over it when i settle on a color......any ideas?

here's mine before..

halfway done

not quite done but almost. painted the wheels black too

i really like the OD green... The POR shows some cracks, so I figure i would have to sand...right?

i'd say sanding always helps it adhere but i didn't and it hasn't started peeling yet. i just didn't want to waste a bunch of time on paint that isn't staying on there anyhow

Not of the camo variety. I guess it blends in good at a junkyard though.
This was all krylon gloss navy blue. I think 8 cans of primer and 20 or so of the blue. I wish I had sanded more before I painted but looks stopped being important when a tree got into a fight with the passenger side of the truck.

Here is a before and after on my Heep.

The paint I used was Krylon olive drab and flat black for the hood riser.
