Rausch Creek Spring 2015 Meet, Greet, and Beat!

I love Captain Ron!

I'll probably be bringing fire truck down at this point. Glenn, do you know your schedule/ if you'll want to ride along?

I know "the grinch"! Are there parts from my old 10 bolt living under that thing?

Yeah i am defiantly interested this year. leaving out of NJ should be easier then NH.

For you guys driving rigs there from a distance what about breakage?

We will get you home somehow.... I don't have any Detroit parts laying around, but we will figure something out

Dammit my w/e to work
Is there a fall run planned?

I'm aiming to have the Waggy sorted out by the end of April so I can participate in this event. Regardless I'll be there wether it's watching or driving.

Just no red bull vodka and moonshine for that guy

:haha: :doah: :haha:

Anyone want to wheel on Friday the 22nd. I was planning on coming in early that morning. Thinking we could take the scenic tour of the entire park before the hardcore stuff?

Has anyone run the Northeast trails? Anything over worth the $10?

I was just up at Rausch this past weekend...A sheet of ice and 12 degrees....But still fun.

Yes, and yes. There are some good hard hill climbs and a fun rock area ....devils den or playground...but yes, its good. I wouldn't spend the $10 every time....but its worth it to get over there.

For those of you that are on Facebook, there is an event page set up for this trip as well.

Definitely worth checking out.... Especially if you wanna watch nick (newscottsdale) seperate his driveshaft 5 times within 5 feet :haha::haha:
But some of my favorite trails are over there. Like josh said though. Good for a day but I wouldn't do it everytime you head to Rausch.

Me and Rich went through a really cool canyon section that was awesome on the other side of the park.

Got the Tom Woods "ultimate Travel" now, that wont happen again! it only separated because of the steep angle of the hill climbs
cause the front end to unload on me.

Northeast side is fun, Trail 30 is a rock trail that's a tight squeeze for us fool size guys and there are several steep off camber trails that run through the woods on either side of 30. There are also several reds that will keep a built buggy busy.Definitely worth the $10 if you need to spice it up.

Unfortunately I won't be able to make it. My rotation is working against me...

depending on the count you guys are planing on having, you may want to do 2 guides. One for the mild trails and one for the hardcore ones. The more built guys will have a long day winching lesser rigs.
