REALLY FORKIN TIRED OF THIS OIL LEAK.

In that second picture, of the trans inspection cover, sure looks like a rear main seal leak.

Edit:
I had a friend block the pvc holes on his 345 international v8.
Blew out the rear main seal.
Not saying you did that.
But maybe you got a blow by problem that did.
That would still lead to a much bigger issue

But it still doesn't explain why I'm still pushing out the dip and a lot around the blocked off grommet in that said valve cover... Argh! It drives me nuts
True, which makes us worry about a bigger problem again.

Ok, leak up test

If it has a PVC/breather imbalance, it already pushed the gaskets out anyway.
Not what you want to hear, but I'd pull it and gasket it including right stuff. Add 1 pvc, and 1 breather per valve cover

Solid advice. I'll order up some right stuff and gaskets. I'd gladly reseal it before I pull pistons for ring check

AQre you running a pcv valve?[/Q

You mean 1 in one cover and a breather in the other cover right?

I hate to say it, but I would do a leak down test first.
Only time I saw a dipstick get blown out was with broken rings.

I missed that, your dipstick blew out? What were the rings gapped to?

Did you plug the bolt hole in the front of the engine by the fuel pump?

There is an oil passage on the front of the block just around fuel block off
I think that's what he is asking about

Like I said I don't recall but I'll have to check this out, about where is it and do you think this could cause this lack of drain back or upper pressures?
