Crawled under it finally to have a look around.
Frame has been shortened. There is a Holiday Rambler Badge on it. Holiday Rambler owned Utilimaster until the late 80's. The top of the frame is straight from the back, forward to just behind the front suspension where it raises and narrows. At the front leaf spring hanger it gets taller. This is where it was shortened.
Looks like a hybrid of this chart. P30 dimensions are listed, but it will not save the chart. Basically starts with the "D", goes to "I" and pack tp "N" at the same line on top. The chart lists everything including the P30, but not the C30. I am having reservations about the charts.
I am sure someone has more of them.

My opinion for the wing. Would be a short pedestal may be 10"12" at the rear, so the wing would be midwayish at the rear line of the body
