The BBC cleared stock low profile valve covers by 1/4" to the floor.
Yep. Valve covers are much taller and the coil packs, dip stick and oil fill are right there. I am not sure what is under these bumps in the valve cover. If nothing, I could move the coil packs and do a different valve cover. Still a lot to look at going further.
I went back and looked at the video for more detail at the floor clearance. Completely different layout from mine. And I will need a bunch of cutting. Or maybe these will work with the coil packs moved.

yep the big block in these doesnt even leave room for doing the spark plugs. I always did them from the inside the fender.
