Utlilmaster P30
I have been ghosted by the ECU and harness guy. Was supposed to be 2 weeks. Monday was 4 weeks from when he emailed that he got it. Said it was shipping Tuesday. Not returning emails or calls now. How do people stay in business this way?
I was always wonder, maybe life is easier if you just don't care about it.

what plasma you using ? ...... love my hypertherm as it hardly uses any consumables .rusty to new thick to thin it dont care .

My memory is so bad I don't know. It's green. Piercing the materials is what seems to kill tips.
I had that problem until I started pointing at 45 degrees until the groove is through the other side then I go vertical.
It's the splatter and the trapped heat that kills the tip

Drill a 3/16" hole where you want to pierce...save your consumables.

Both are not conducive to doing on a CNC table.

As of now,

In tank fuel pump done with return line into the bottom of the tank pointed away from the pump.
All new injection fuel lines where soft lines are needed on the frame.
Hard lines thoroughly flushed.
New clamps with 5/16" heads on everything. Was a miss match of head sizes from 1/4", 5/16", 6mm and 7 mm. Pissed me off.
Tank is back in.
Tail pipes back on.
Transmission cooler moved to the drivers side and mounted. Not plumbed or wired.
Transmission bypass block tapped and -6AN fittings installed. Then I was notified that I need to put a bypass in to get rid of the thermal bypass. Did not know it existed.
Shift linkage is done.

I have 3 orders of stuff from Summit to go through now.

I am also adding an engine oil cooler, and I found out that most people just block them off.

This all may me moot, due to the fact that the ECU/harness guy lied to me again today. "It is in the UPS stack to be picked up today".

"Cool, send me the tracking number"

Crickets.

It’s good to do the trans cooler the way you are. The cheap/easy way guys just throw a -6an billet block on there and plumb to the cooler. But the way you’re doing it with the correct bypass setup can save your transmission if the cooler gets plugged or you pinch a line.

The only thing that sucks about the block and the lines is, the cooler is under the bed behind the transmission and I had to run the lines forward because of the exhaust.

First world problems.

Thanks for the info on that kit.

Is this transmission cooler bypass thing application specific?
