ReTonkulous

He told me the VE tables had to be copied from a 6.2 tune into mine, because the original flash was all 5.3.

All of the torque info that feeds the system was way off. This is why it was running way too lean.

He spent a bunch of extra time, still charged the flat fee I was originally quoted.

gotta respect a solid guy like that; glad he got it sorted out for you

I may have done something stupid. Speedometer is 5mph slow. So 55 is 60. 0 - 60 in under 7 seconds. Lifts the front of the truck as it accelerates.

This truck has no bussiness doing this. Suspension has to be upgraded. The MAW process has officially been instituted.

The truck topped out at 65 MPH on the freeway before. I had to get on the brakes at the fwy end of the on ramp, with 1/2 throttle. I was doing 70mph with very light throttle on the way home.

I hated the exhaust note before I took it to the tuner. Now it drives nice and quiet, until I get on it. They know it is coming.

Wow. Probably won’t miss that anemic peanut port rat with a torque curve like that.

Congrats Wade. Long time coming. Enjoy the ride home.

Those are a new feature that we're not there before. The blinkers are not working and all of the blinker lights, front and rear, come on with the brake peddle. To be figured out tomorrow. I'm guessing a ground issue under the dash.

My 1st guess would be hazards are on, (button bumped during all of the work) but the hazard flasher is not functioning. I have seen the headlight switch do that, but I thought that the turn signals still worked. I can't remember, it was too many years ago. And I don't know why it did it.
Just my 2 guesses... :dunno:

Very cool to see the pay-off on all of your work!!
:saweet:
