New to me, front wheels are painted and on. Yes, I am a cheapo and spent $50 on 2 wheels, media blasted and painted them black.
That's fine because PYOs are awesome and real cheapo would be to skip the media blast.

OH I think those that have will notice! Those that don’t will give ZERO xxxx’s.
I’m not a fan of murdering out a vehicle, but those look better, still need a sideshot with the wheels updated!

All my years doing custom wheels i can say i 99% hate black rims . . . And most people cant pick a rim that complements there ride correctly . . . But each to there own .

I knew that was coming eventually.
To me, in this case the black wheel with chrome center cap reminds me of the wheels on my old Tonka trucks back in the day. They usually had a bright center cap on the axle ends to retain the plastic wheel. Though my dump truck and front end loader that were yellow bodies had yellow wheels. Yellow wheels are horrible so black looks better and fits the theme with the black stripes anyway.

Nope . . I just don't get the whole spend crazy money on black wheels and put black tires on and stand back more than 10ft and its all black . And my tire days the people buying rims was mommy & daddys money so they didnt care just wanted to look cool with other hommies .

And i put honda red on my john deere :rotfl:

Pinion angle?
Yep. When I did the hangers, springs and shackles, I tried to set up the angle. I have no idea how I got it so far off, but I did.

I might just tack the perches in and bolt it all together. Then go for a drive to see if it iscorrect. Or adjust and then burn them in.

Well that escalated. Not quickly, but it did.

I have everything for the drive line angle set finally. Not welded in. I was going to put the wheels and tires on and check it again. I did all of the work at drive height, but I wanted to quintuplet check before welding.

Spun the left rear drum. No brake drag at all. So I figure I am just going to adjust it. Nope. Adjuster won't turn. So here we are.

I have never had one of these apart, so I dove in. saw the ring clip, pulled it. The nut with the 6 detents would not budge. I check around for a socket locally, no dice. I start looking at it a little harder and see the woodruff key. Pulls with a magnet with no load. 2 taps and the nut spun out.

I knew I could not manhandle the drum by myself. I hate asking for help. So I made this.
