Most of the first pic chop could be done with mostly drilling rivots, re alignment and re revit.
Little metal would need to be extended here and there. But that thing would be WAY simpler than a 50 merc or something lol.

I have looked at it long and hard. The only thing that would need to be extended would be the flat roof panel on top. A new piece would be easy. The internal structure would be a lot more work.

One friend recommended bolting it back on. Then I could "roadster" it when I wanted to. I punched him in the face. (Not really. But the thought was there.)

Hardest part I see would be making a way to lower the top, but leave the wipers where they are.
Could be done, but it'd require cutting and losing the center cab lights probably.

Those trucks have nothing but flat glass. Pretty simple to cut to fit.

You can cut laminated stuff, it's kind of a pain. Cut both sides and burn/melt the lamination is what I've seen. But you cant cut the tempered stuff.

I talked to a local glass shop a while back. He does a lot of classic stuff. He said it was no big deal. Bring the glass and a cardboard pattern. Both fronts and the right door glass need changed.

If It's any bigger you could create a new lock plate and cherry pick the gas tank up through the floor.
