and if you still mess up, I've got a perfect rear bumper from my 85 blazer. Well except it's got a trailer plug hole in it.If i can find a cheap stock bumper, maybe i'll get a holesaw set and start punching holes.....

for those that want to just replace the stock bulbs with 50 watts like I did - there is no need to pay anymore that $8-9 for a pair. I just got them at O'Reileys - Eiko 1156 - 50 watt
Is that the exact part number? On their site it seems to just pull up a standard 1156 bulb and nowhere in the specs is a mention of wattage.
Part Number: H1156BP2
Finally I mounted a pair of those 150,000 candlepower 7 inch JC Whitney driving lights on the back.
Ran it to a switch on the dash.
It was great for turning around in the woods at night.
And, because I was young and stupid, I found it very useful for those guys who would run up behind me and put their high beams on because I was driving too slow for them in town.
They only did it once.
Just an FYI - you are not supposed to handle those halogen bulbs with your bare hands. The oils from your skin will cause hot spots on the glass and cause them to explode. I'm sure it's not as big an issue as with headlights which are on much longer. They had a set so I picked them up. Didn't show on their website but whatever.
