There's a wood stove in the tent. I also have electricity on site so we rock electric blankets inside our sleeping bags. I sleep better in the tent than at home.

I have radiant in the slab and will be running mini split units upstairs. I'm doing all the finish work inside so I imagine it will turn into a ten year project.

Poor blazer

Blazer is fully operational right now. It was really warm out this week so I spent some time on her. Two new batteries, a fuel filter, and bleeding the lines lots has her running pretty decent. I forgot how loud and rattly that thing is at speed. The fire truck is a quieter smoother ride with the doors off.

Fire truck has a power steering leak I can't solve still. It seems to be at a fitting on back of the power steering pump. I tried tightening the lines but haven't had a chance to do much else.

You sir are absolutely killing the barn game. Them beems got me all hawt and schwetty.

Nice pics Rich, I'm 2hrs from Greenwood. Let me know if you ever need a hand.

Do you not have doors for the Fire Truck anymore?

Martin

The weather has been in the 30s and 40s lately. It's an odd winter. Also, I'd just be pulling them off in March.

Barn is looking fantastic Rich and I love the military tent setup you've got going there! How far is the weekend retreat from your house?

Just skimmed through looking at pictures and reading a little. Truck looks awesome!

Funny, I have a slowish leak at the back of my P/S pump, too. If you find any magic solutions, be sure to post them up. Otherwise I'll just keep watching to see if it comes back.

It's three hours by Beetle and close to four by truck.

The military tent is awesome, but man is that thing not waterproof.... It goes through all the weather systems on a regular basis.
