Yep.
I think I can easily get that under there when I put a new cancel cam in...if I can find one.
You can't get it in without taking EVERYTHING back apart again.
Crap...I'm not wanting to do that again...how come you can't just slide it in under the actuator?
Look at the shape of that tension spring, the bends on each end won't allow it to go under without taking it apart.
Well....at least it won't take as long next time...wish I could find a new keeper for the plastic cam...it didn't come with one and the old one broke coming off.

If you're talking about the little clip I wouldn't worry about it as most don't even use that clip.
You can't get it in without taking EVERYTHING back apart again.
Actually I did get it in today without having to take it down to the tilt swivel.
I just had to go to the lock cylinder housing and remove the plastic cog, the funky spring and it came up just enough to get the retention plate under it.
While in there I replaced the cancel cam and horn contact...so, all in all, it was a successful day.
