For those concerned about strength issues, pull the headliner out and try to utilize the factory roof braces (subs obviously).
Before I settled on my setup I was considering installing cross braces INSIDE the fibreglass shell. They would bolt onto the bedrail and follow the curve of the shell with threaded holes along the roof line for attaching the rack. Drill through the shell and use rubber grommets and/or caulking.
