Glad I could help. I've been collecting images of '73-'80 trucks for the last several years. Normally I search on eBay and save the pictures from listings to my computer. I'm glad they were of use!
You don't have the stand offs for the panels, that mount on the inner bed side?
yes, I have them...but the holes haven't been drilled yet
Upholstery man says I'll have interior sideboards stitched up tomorrow....we shall see....

What does the back side of panel look like.
right now they are just bare luan...I am thinking about glueing some insulation on them like the oem ones...

Thanks..but these won't be getting the wood panel treatment...why? because the Amity police Blazer in Jaws did not have the wood panel...
Here is the initial "fitting" of the passenger side panel. I have to remove it and paint it with SEM Colorcoat and put the braces inside the bedside....so this is an initial look. I also got to "black out" the trim strip centers.

Looks show worthy to me.
I may need to raise that bottom trim piece because it casts a shadow that covers the stitching.
got a new tire for the spare...wanted that "authentic look" so I bought a Coker Tire "American Classic" Bias Look. It's a real pizza cutter but I like it.
