Hi. I was getting ready for the Angry Pig 454 swap this weekend (build thread coming) and thought I would jump the gun and install the 'Salad Bowl' TBI air kit ahead of the engine swap next week.
Jegs is the only location I found them at, and it's Jeg's brand. It was around $55 shipped. Apparently there was a Moroso brand one but couldn't find it anywhere. I suspect it's the same thing and probably would be priced around the same.
Trimming the bottom part out of the lower section took sometime, as I am kind OCD.
All in all, took about 45 from opening the box to the test drive. I really won't have time to see if I will see improvements with this engine, as it comes out next week.
