Very true, especially since there is a nekkid knee showing. :D Then again could have been wearing a tank top and panties but I thought I remember from another thread somewhere she likes going commando.
 
Bwahahahaaaaa correct, I do not encourage ANYONE to wear underwear, or shave, it's all lame.

But this was a "family park" so no nekkid hiking. I may put that on my bucket list tho....:whistle:
 
Sometimes when I drink and watch naked and afraid I think of applying for the show :D Just to throw that out there. I all but hit send one day :whistle:

I mean, while we're talking about it.

While a chick that likes going commando is cool i'd rather have a smooth...nevermind. back to the topic at hand. :D
 
I often wonder if I would make it through naked and afraid.... no real issues with the naked part I guess, but some of those locations are..... yikes.

And as to the "smooth" comment..... all of it is a trend of various decades/centuries.... you all may never grow out of the obsession with pre-teen-ish presentation but I can PROMISE you I've never had any complaints :waytogo: I can't remember the title, but Jenna Jameson "wrote" a memoir/autobiography, and in it, she actually lamented the total loss of body hair, citing that eventually the pendulum of popular preference would swing back in the other direction and she would be obsolete. I've never forgotten that, and the fact is that I'm who I always have been- the rest seems like a lie and I just can't do it. :pimp:

I drove it around a good long while- I think I did a pretty good job tensioning the belt- I heard a tiny squeal while in a muddy field with the wheel turned all the way over and hard on gas so as to turn up some dirt, but other than that, sounds good- better than ever actually, which makes me wonder how long that thing has been struggling for.... :dunno:

Next day off will be a new hiking adventure, since transport is now sound again.
 
To keep the alternator happy make sure it has a nice good ground. Almost always they just ground through being mounted to the engine but you might want to make a ground cable from the alternator housing back to the ground of the battery to be 100% sure.
 
Been getting off my arse and hiking as of late myself. With the oil and gas industry hurting...and due to that i am only working 10 days a month. So with 20 days off a month i have been back to my hiking/treasure hunting hobby.
The almost heart attack in 2010 which prompted the immediate disuse of cigarette's for the the past 4 years has done wonders. Lol.
I still miss having a blazer chalet but once mother nature quits smoking pot and summer finally arrives i am going to try out a surplus USMC sleep system i bought last year. It combines the sleeping bag with a bivy cover so the bugs can't get at ya.
 
Does anyone know why Sara is still missing? Her user page is gone, as is her subscription. Her last post says:

AWW THANKS. See the thread in the situation room. I'm back. But sadly, all recent adventures are local...
