Plus they are round and wear very well.
I love this truck! Do you ever have the need for a winch? Our utility company F550 service trucks all have winches but they are useless for off road without a winch and also a set of tire chains for mud. They hold up pretty well but make bad noises when twisted up of road in a 15K+ lb truck. If I lived in the kinda country you do I would love to be doing similar to what you do but I am more on the diesel and truck side than what you do.
Damn dude you are rough on shit LOL. Just kidding, sometimes it goes that way. Me thinks you need to upgrade to the medium duty world again. What's your YouTube channel?
I'll post a pic of the pattern after I get in it today. Basically though, this truck has enough power to use the 5 speed or the main trans as a normal trans. 1 through 5 like a pickup. Once in fifth gear I than start using the auxiliary or brownie box. If it is in 2nd, than I just grab 3rd than 4th. If I started in 1st and 3rd than when I reach 5th and 3rd the next gear is 5th and 4th. Thats the top gear being its a 5 x 4 setup.New truck is looking like it's working out nicely. I have never really driven a truck with a brownie. How does the shift pattern go when going down the highway? What's the gear ratio for the four gears in the brownie?
