Not sure yet, need a good shop that rebuilds them. Yes I was quoting with a core charge since I don't want to be down for weeks. Although I just picked up a CUCV core from Hillbilly Wizard for $125. I need to find a good IP rebuild shop now.
The FM100 offers heater and water sensor with filter for $80 so not too bad.
I've always used Industrial Injection for all of that stuff for the places I've worked at. They have them for the HD CUCV for like $579 plus the $300 core using genuine Stanadyne parts. They do good work.

Heath diesel...for the pump work. Call them and tell him you want a little more OOmph in your giddy up. Ha! He will build you a much stronger mild performance pump for the same cost as a stock rebuild from someone else. It's worth every-single penny. It will wake that 6.2 up like it had been in a coma.

Sucks you’re having to think about rebuilding the pump. I always go back Stanadyne factory, which is to say 831-4911 all the way.
M&D Diesel is my preferred shop, and they’re a factory authorized by Stanadyne. I’m sure you have something similar within driving distance, but I’d be glad to coordinate with you and visit the Dallas location on your behalf if that’s a direction you choose.

Yeah I have m&d here and they will build your pump. They are usually a day or two out.
I definitely recommend getting one set for where you live. Back when I worked on equipment, we had to get the pumps and timing set for this elevation occasionally. There was a difference in performance and temps.
I did see on the massive list of 6.2/6.5 pumps Industrial Injection has on their website that they did offer a high altitude pump.
Badger Diesel is another option. They are in southern Wisconsin and ship out rebuilt IP. They can ship one to you and then you send yours and get the core refund. That way your truck isn't down for a long time.

Little update....
Haven't done much to the truck. Mostly been using it to move lots of my stuff to storage and then to the new house. Its been a very reliable for the last year until recently. The passenger alternator decided to start charging the rear battery at 18v. As you may know 12v batteries don't take kindly to this and would boil the acid causing the tops to pop off and acid going everywhere. It was also make the alternator belt squeal like crazy and I kept hearing a very weird sound coming from the alternator. The internal regulator had stopped regulating.
You can replace the regulator with a rebuild kit but I just don't have the time to do this. I went and bought a Wilson alternator through Oreilly part # 90014277 which is suppose to be an isolated alternator. This is very important on the passenger side. Unfortunately it turned out to be a non-isolated alternator. I had sparks and some wires getting hot when I first hooked it up and I hope it didn't damage anything when I had it hooked up for a few seconds. Verified it was not isolated like the previous alternator with an Ohm meter and I should have checked for this FIRST. I later found the ground post was touching the side of the alternator. Took the faulty Wilson alternator back for refund and ended getting the old alternator rebuilt here in Denver at A-1 Best Alternator. Price was about the same as the Wilson. Got it all installed and everything appears to be back at normal.
Wilson Alternator grounding out (not good)
Rebuilt alternator. Gold post is negative and should be isolated from the case. They did a nice job cleaning all the black from it and making it look perty.

Unfortunately it left a mess with acid. I need to try to clean it off some more and probably re-coat that tray. Used a garden hose which ended up leaving rust stains on my new driveway.

The rust stain was the worst part about that story. I was all for a happy ending and then BAM! Rusty driveway.
Not sure how I missed this but looks like Colorado is not registering or renewing any military vehicles. This just went into effect July 2019. I may have to sell Sergeant Steel out of state which really sucks since I love this truck.
