I found these on craigslist for $800. They're 15x12 MT Classic II's with 39/18/15 MT Baja Belteds. They say about 85% tread left. I don't really have the money to spend on them right now, but I don't wanna pass them up. I currently run the same rims in a 15x10 with 35" SS TRXUS and have a set of 16x8 black american racing steels with 305/70/16. Should I buy them and just cut back on fast food or what?

pavement pounders maybe but overall its an old style baja i would prob save the money and get some better rubber dude but thats just me.. i drive on 42" tsl's on my dd so lol

Thanks guys. My 35's are fairly new still anyway. I know the style's old, but I still see them selling brand new. I guess I'll just use the cash for my cage.

I think a lot of people here are going to question 39x18 on 6-lug axles. I would also question whether a truck currently running 35's is ready to step up to tires that big.

x2

Going from a 35" to a 39x18 on a 12" wide rim (that tire and rim combo is really wide!) is a HUGE difference in size.

I know it's a big difference, but what all would I need to make them fit? I have a 9" lift, a locked 12 bolt rear with 4.56's, and a 454. I wouldn't run then all the time though. I think you guys talked me out of it anyway. what about the '06 front and rear conversion from McNeal Racing? Any takers?

i ran those for about 3 months and hated them. same size cept mine were 16.5 wheels. flat spots for about the first 20 mins of driving, and if there were grooves in the highway pavement i was all over the road. took them for a quick mud trip and my wifes maxima could have out run me. Only thing those have going for them is they look kinda nice with the width.
