I checked all the plugs..they look great. there is no sign of water leaking into the heads that I can find.. I did some reading on the internet. I learned that using a normal rotation water pump on a serpentine system without a a thermostat will work in theory. the water does flow, but the pump cannot keep up with the water demand at any kind of rpm beyond idle. So it will idle and seem all "normal", but once the rpm's increase, the pump plays catch up till it gets so far behind the motor overheats. Which would make sense when I'm seeing the huge drop in water flow at the radiator when you hit the throttle, then when you get off the gas it all comes rushing back.
I'm guessing now but I also think the propane vaporizer is adding an additional obstacle/dynamic to the system, that's already flowing the wrong direction and is causing/contributing to some epic cavitation at the water pump. Which is making a giant air bubble in the motor. like the way it is now its trying to push water up a hill rather than pull it, if that makes sense. So anyhow..ordered the correct pump which will be here in the morning. gonna throw that in and see what happens.
