Started with a complete grill..ended up with this..fender line around the headlights was different. .grill must be a newer year..gonna screw the whole thing to the hood...should I keep it white and then do a white design (ie flames, scallops) down the hood/fenders to blend it in? Or should I paint it brown? It's white plastic

Is your power steering res. hard mounted to the cage? If so is your engine also hard mounted? I've seen bad things happen to the hose that goes from the res. to the pump when it's forced to move too much with the engine moving.

I learned long ago to listen when Jack speaks...all the mounts are poly...it's now got some rubber isolators and I'll keep an eye on it.

The RZR seats showed up today and they are exactly what I needed. They fit perfectly and are gonna be way more comfortable than the plastic seats..plus the "rzr" is white instead of red like it was in the eBay ad...I'll have to move the ground disconnect but I was thinking about that anyway

Im not sure..lap belts gonna be a non issue..keeping the shoulder straps up where they go is the prob. I was thinking about loops sewn onto the seat?

I have been looking at cutting the seat out and installing grommets. Used to be a company that sold grommets designed for the razor seat. They don't anymore.

Yesterday I got the transmission cooler all hosed up. Building all the hoses took a little while.

Today was steering day. Got the front end all painted. Built some tie rods. Was on the fence about what color to paint them..so I said "what would Eric do?" And I painted them orange. Then put it all together....I'm worried about my steering stops tho
