SOLD: 1991 Suburban 6.2 turbo 6" 1 tons w/ 37s Body Work Done New Price is $4,500

FWIW, I know the major concern I would have with this would be the 700R4 matched up with a Banks Diesel and a heavy rig. If this had a 4L80E, it would have been gone long ago. Just my .02 cents.

The 700R4 was rebuilt at 180K with some upgrades that supposedly address the week areas of the tranny. I know very little about transmissions so I can't speak in detail about the upgrades but it has performed beautifully for me the last 20K; towing, wheeling, highway, and stop and go.

The old price (when it was real low) was a crazy STEAL - I just live too far away. Glad to see you've realized what it's worth is BEFORE you lost it and had sellers remorse.

You know what, I am too. This rig is a lot of fun and my family loves it. If it doesn't sell then I'm thinking of a 6BT conversion with some sort of auto tranny between that and a 203/205 doubler. I've always wanted to be able to do front digs in this rig.

if i could do it really fast. i would sell the 3 suburbans i have for this. damn nice truck you built

So what's the current price? Title says $4500 but you changed it to $10k awhile ago. Thought I would ask. Nice burb by the way.

The price now is $4500. Sorry for the confusion. When I changed it to 10K a while ago, it was because I really didn't want to sell it at the time but my I had to try so the wife would be happy.

I know what you're saying, I have the same issue with my boss...um I mean my wife. :D

Another quick question, you're sig says wagon wheels, does that mean the H2's are gone?

Actually, I need to update the sig. It has H2s all around plus the spare.
I was hoping that the confusion perpetuates so i can gather the cash to buy it.
I really want it but I shouldn't buy anything before I get rid of some of my vehicles. :doah:
It just would save me so much time to get where you already have it.
I have worked for so long on my projects and when they are where I want them I have to sell them, (which I see you are in the same boat).
For once I want one ready to go.:waytogo:
Well if it's meant to be, It will wait for me.
