It says "Delco Remy" on the distributor cap. I assume that's the brand.

You might be better off adapting an electric choke instead of trying to make the heat version work, although I've never seen an electric choke on a chevy to know how.

The carb was fine when you pulled it off, correct? IE probably doesn`t need a rebuild?

I replaced the accelerator pump seal and ran it for a while after that with no problems.
