Squarebody CHOP Shop

More cleaning and organizing mixed in with small projects...

Moved a bench and shelves, mounted a couple cabinets, and mounted a Deuling Design hammer rack on my toolbox. The hammer rack also could work for a set of cordless tools, so I need to buy one or two more.

More organizing. I need to free up more floor space and find the stuff I have not unpacked yet.

I also hung work lights

Won a flammables cabinet on a local auction. That will help round up all the gas cans, oil, etc.

This thing didn't last long once it made it in the door.

And my shop is now infested...

It is ok, needs some rust and accident repair but my friend is rounding up the parts fairly quickly. He bought it as a surprise for his wife's birthday since it was her dream car. His original plan was to keep it a secret until her birthday and try to do the work in my driveway (before moving here) but quickly realized that plan wasn't going to work well when he had a shop at home and he would need to disappear a lot for 5 months.

years ago when i did a year at a body shop we painted a bug shell . it had been from Maine to Florida to Cali to Hawaii and back to pa its whole life . the lady who owned the car never let it go from the day she got it new . her husband was in the coast guard and they went all over the place and the bug was always there with her . her son's wife got the car now and its still in the family going strong last i heard . and it was a rare sea blue or something along those lines .

I wish I could trade in 1/2 of my house for more shop space!

i see the movie plate on the floor . . .

and maybe more a boarder than a whole wall ? ? ?
I have other stuff like a few signs to mix in as well but I'm not done collecting plates yet either. I just stopped buying them for a while when I moved.

I have owned more vehicles than I have license plates, but I have not lived in this many states...
