SUBURBICON, Urban Escape Vehicle.

Head to roof clearance? Steering wheel to legs? I'm only 6' but 275 lbs and I tend to sit upright in seats, no ganster lean here.

Same here, with my back it's pretty much upright as well and the wife more so.

The seatback and bottom are the same as the stock bench seat in this picture.

Here is a pic of a stock truck. Just judging off the pics, it looks like stock sits just a tad lower. But not a dramatic difference.

looks like about a 4" difference.... quite a bit for us less vertically challanged lol

I took measurements from the floor up and the roof down, tomorrow I will try to replicate the same angle as in your photo .
With these seats set at the same angle as my Dmax. I have more head room in the suburban.

I just noticed that you have a gun rack and you live in Portland Oregon.

Oh that's not my truck! Just one i found on the net of a stock truck.

EDIT:

But just for fun, here is a pic of my suburban. Also all stock. A different angle tho.

I like how somehow, out of everything on this build, all the cool stuff, we got hung up on the seats...

Another score on Craigslist, I was going to make my own but for $25. each I couldn't pass it up.

The left side fits great.

The right side needed a little persuasion from the heat gun to fit around the filler neck.

Do you know which application they are originally for? I would like to try that but don't want to get the wrong ones.

Cool storage containers but are they in backwards? I noticed the hinges are on the inside rather than the outside but maybe there are clearance issues the other way.

Damn, those are perfect! Been trying to find something to use as storage and not take up a lot of space. Any idea on manufacturer?

I'm not sure about white, I can paint them black but I think what I want is raw aluminum, I got these for a steal, so I can sell them later for a profit, I just don't like the chrome.

Pushed it outside to clean up the shop and dust it off, so I took a few pictures.
