Swettysblazer's 1991 K5 Trazer: ONE TONS!

Bought some steel for the tailpan and some sliders :pimp: Raining out though, so now work today :(

I'm the official moron of CK5, put the tip in, turn the gas on, and it works great.... Well, now I'm even more motivated than before now that I know that my welder isn't screwed up :haha: :haha: :haha:

I wondered wtf was going on when u texted me lol.

Awesome haha

Anddddd I've been making some progress :)

I got the tank dropped yesterday, and its with my dad at his shop to have it gone through and cleaned up. I also got the tailpan out today :woot:. I need to fix a small hole in the frame where the body mounts were, and then I need to figure out how I will get this thing in and square and operating the way it should be. I'm pretty stoked to be making progress on this, finally. The tailpan is completely shot. What you see is what came out of the truck...

And the obligatory pics:

Nice progress :waytogo:

Now get back to work.......Rausch is coming :woot:

Plated the hole in the frame, but that's all I got done yesterday. Had to do some stuff around the house. Today, I am preparing for a wedding down in Baltimore where I'll be meeting up with Josh to get a spare :D

Got my tailpan piece tacked in so I can mock up the hinges for the tailgate and make sure that works before i go any further. I'm really motivated on this thing right now.
